When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart, and your order is confirmed once payment is completed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, the details are incorrect, or we are unable to fulfil it — and in that case we will refund any payment taken. Please provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about your order. Menu items are subject to availability and may sell out.
Any pickup, delivery, or shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Responsibility for the food passes to you once it is collected or handed to the carrier.
Because our food is prepared fresh and is perishable, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If something is wrong with your order — missing, incorrect, or not up to standard — contact us and we will make it right with a remake or refund at our discretion. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Square.
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on orders placed directly through our website. Points are not earned on orders placed through third-party apps. A minimum purchase of $15 is required to redeem the $12 reward. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and we may change or end the program at any time.
Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen that also handles common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, egg, milk, soy, and gluten. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please let us know before ordering; you order at your own discretion.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. The JollofBeans name, logo, menu descriptions, images, and site content are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.
